Nutrition Testimonials

Nutritional Testimony
The last day of my Purification program is tomorrow. Now that my body is in tip top shape and I've lost 14 pounds I will continue to eat the way I have and introduce a few things I've missed to actually see what my body tolerates and continue to loose. I have a new perspective and the cleanse released all toxins that were inhibiting my weight loss. Success is wonderful!

This purification and cleanse was introduced to me by Dr. Sumrall at HC Chiropractic. It is NOT Ideal Protein but a way to remove all toxins from your body and weight loss is simply a perk. I had come to the point where I simply could not loose weight even when not eating bread or sugar. I want to be thin to live longer and a healthy body is my goal. So now I will continue to eat the way I did during 21 day purification except now I will introduce my favorites and see how I feel and if I stop loosing. The shakes involved were protein, whole foods and greens. I now love them! Sort of a love hate relationship. I traveled while on the cleanse and had no problem following the diet. No meat for first 11 days. I now love lentils and quinoa. It's a lifestyle, habit and journey. -Susan Fager

  • "Zach & Cori are both amazing chiropractors! They have helped me with my headaches for about 5 years. While we have not been able to completely get rid of them, they have helped me learn to control them & have helped me find treatments that lessen the pain. They both truly care about their patients & are always willing to help. Thank you so much Zach & Cori for your awesome service!!!"
